Job Description: The Sales Manager position is USA base you work from home the position purpose
Plan, solicit, book and coordinate incentive group and small group as well direct business using all the channel of business available to enable the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms and food and beverage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through telemarketing, mailings, referrals, etc. to maximize room and food &beverage revenue.
Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.
Maintain accurate, legible records and files.
Provide Le Sereno General Manager with accurate weekly sales activity report and ensure clear communication
The applicant MUST have luxury hotel sales experience with a minimum of three to five years in hotel sales with a focus on National Association Market. The applicant must have the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Job Requirements: SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
* Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
* Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to communicate customer needs.
* Knowledge of all departments of hotel preferred
* Sales ability and skill in both oral and written form.
* Ability to identify and develop accounts.
* Must possess computational ability.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education
High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Should be fluent in several languages French Spanish a definit plus.
