SCFoster, LLC has been a leading provider of Information Technology project solutions and Staffing services to large and mid-sized clients up and down the Eastern Seaboard since 1999. Our primary client verticals include Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Financial Services and Healthcare, among others. We have offices in Wilmington, DE and Plymouth Meeting (moving to the Trevose/Bensalem area in Q2 07).
We are a currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our staff in our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience as an IT Recruiter, have exhibited a track record of success in their career and require a low level of supervision. A big plus (though not required) would be having successfully recruited in the IT Staffing industry in the Philadelphia area market.

Willingness to engage in proactive pipeline building and pipeline maintenance activities.
Ability to establish and maintain ongoing candidate relationships.
Desire to be a team player possessing honesty and integrity.
Desire to make $$$$$!!
