Job Description:
This position will support the Softmed Application for a 12 hospital system at our Outsourcing project at Centura Health in Englewood, CO. This is a telecommuting position, the ideal candidate will work from home, anywhere in the US.
You will be responsible for maintenance activities including but not limited to:
Keeping the application and users running
Providing special request reports or informational extracts
Ensuring federal compliance on a quarterly basis with ICD-9 and HCPC updates.
The position requires 7X24 on-call support on a rotating basis. This position will be joining an established outsource team which follows and meets currently defined Service Level Agreements with our client (turnaround time on requests and incidents).
