Senior Loan Officer Positions Available
Creative Lending Solutions is looking for loan officers who are producers. We have a system that will increase your overall volume thus increasing your income. I believe that a great loan officer should focus on building their pipeline by originating. We provide a support system that closes your files and allows you to focus on originating. The Loan Officer makes initial contact, fills out loan application, pulls credit report, advises client on program, and then hands file off to your production coordinator. Our team takes it from there. We have a number of touch points through out the loan process which keeps the client in the loop and helps you get referrals.
We have an exclusive lead generation system which will deliver verified leads of people who want to get a loan. In addition, we will show you how to utilize our tools to generate your own leads increasing your volume. Through use of technology we can set you up to work from home by installing a virtual office into your computer. We use digital doc signing allowing you to get applications signed while on the phone with your new client. Streaming videos are used to update your clients as to the status of their loan. You can use one of ours or make your own.

- 1 yr experience preferred
