Our client is an enterprise solutions provider that enables its customers to turn business strategy into business processes by integrating the work people do with software systems that optimize business performance. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager who understands how to position and sell a solution to Fortune 500 clients at the C-level. New business is the focus but this individual will also service and up-sell existing customers within the Central US territory.
Candidate will work from a home office (virtual office) and can be located in any major city in the Central United States. Compensation includes a base salary to $100k with first year total earnings at plan of $300K. This is an immediate opening.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years enterprise solution sales experience selling in a complex, consultative environment. Business Process Management (BPM) experience is required. A previous background in management is highly preferred as this individual will grow the territory and then move into a management role. An ability to "think on your feet", qualify a sale at a high level and communicate a value proposition are needed. .
