First Consulting Group, in partnership with University Hospital, currently has an opening for a QA/Dispatch Field Engineer.

Ranked by U.S. News &World Report as one of America's best hospitals in 14 medical and surgical specialties, University Hospitals of Cleveland s clinical and research centers of excellence include cancer, pediatrics, women's health, orthopedics and spine, radiology and radiation oncology, neurosurgery and neuroscience, cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, organ transplantation and human genetics.
Qualified candidates should possess at least 3 years experience supporting and troubleshooting Desktop PCs, Printers, and Desktop applications in a network environment with basic knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and Network Electronics. We require strong knowledge of Windows XP Professional and 2003 Server. Basic knowledge of Voice and Data cabling. Must have excellent customer service skills and possess strong logic, reasoning, and troubleshooting skills. Candidate must be able to work well with a team and possess excellent communication skills. A+ Certification and HP Printer experience is required. Dell HP and IBM Desktop and Laptop Certification are highly desired. MCDST or higher and Network+ certification are a plus. *Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision as they have the option to work from home.
Drug screening will be required for this position.
