Skills:
A Project Manager with 8-10 years experience managing projects with a budget of 500- million
Experience in a Financial Services Company
Experience working with Business Units/Partners
SDLC, CMM or Six Sigma knowledge
Experience preparing status reports for Senior Management-
Must have ability to build and manage project plans
Experience managing project budgets
Experience managing resources that are not on your team but need to deliver work to you
Experience in executing a project from start to finish
Experience using project tools such as DOORS, MSPS, NIKU, Project
Must be detailed orientated in creating documents, reviewing documents, providing feedback as needed
Focus on preparing project documentation and presentations- PowerPoint presentation
Running conference calls with senior management
Building, managing and reporting of project metrics
PM will need experience in closing out project issues and managing risks
PM should come from a project background with strong technology focus. I am not looking for a programmer but rather someone that can work with development teams to resolve issues and complete documentation.
Must have experience working with teams located offshore
Must have experience managing offshore teams
Must be focus on teamwork and being a team player
Personality:
Polished- Needs to be professional, and clean cut
Well spoken- Needs to speak English clearly.
Confident
"Upbeat"- I need a person that has an upbeat personality to work with various levels of the firm.

This person will be part of a team of 12 Senior Project Managers and must fit in well working with the team

Start ASAP
Located in NYC
Possible travel to India, FL and CA as needed
Salary in the 100-110k range.
Bonus Eligible- usually 30-40%
Full Benefits package- really great package
Can have flexible work schedule- I allow my team to work from home 1 day a week. Hours can be set as needed
