Description
Seeking highly motivated sales oriented Loan Officer to increase market share in NY/NJ corridor. You can work from home or from the corp. office in NY. The position requires a min. of two years proven exper. with the right candidate closing between $10MM - $20MM in residential loans per year. Due to the rapid growth of the Mortgage Loan Division, our client is looking to recruit experienced loan officers with the opportunity to head their own office in time. As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will participate in one of the best commission plans in the industry. Where necessary, a sign-on bonus can be made available. To join our client's firm, they require: at least one year loan origination exper., ability to self-generate mortgage leads (with some leads provided by our firm) and you must be self-motivated.
