Learning Solutions Architect
The Learning Solutions Architect applies learning solution development mastery and industry-wide expertise of technology, market management, applications and industry issues to develop optimum precedent-setting solutions of strategic significance to MBPS (Managed Business Process Services/BTO) learning clients. The successful candidate will responsible for the following: Transform complex requirements into mass-customizable offerings which can be delivered through IBM s HR Delivery Centers; Ensures that newly developed assets and solutions are analyzed and hardened for reusability in other solutions and that reusable assets from other solutions are evaluated first for new solutions. This is a work from home/remote position anywhere in the US and will require 70% travel. Experience required: Major Field of Study: BS or Equivalent, Quality Client Service, Communicates with Impact, Teamwork and Leadership, Innovation, Flexibility, Analytical Thinking, Business Organizational Knowledge, Business Operations Knowledge.
