*Bid protests &injunctions
*Working with the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims.
*Contractor claims - litigation &appeals
*Subcontract commercial litigation
*Audits &procurement fraud
*Suspension &disbarment actions (disbarment from government contracting before the agency debarment officials and the federal district courts)
*Contract formation &administration
