This growing telecommunications company is seeking a Help Desk Tier I individual. Duties would include taking all inbound queries regarding this company's services and if possible closing the deal while they are on the line. This role would also be responsible for coordinating installations, attending trade shows, inputting all information into their database and providing technical support to try to assist the caller with the setting up of their services. This organization will soon be operating on a 24/7 customer service basis. There may be opportunities in future to work from home . There is flexibility on hours if required.
